Delete Your EverDiary Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your EverDiary account and the data associated with it, what gets deleted, and what (if anything) is retained.

Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the EverDiary app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (bottom-right tab).
  3. Tap Privacy.
  4. Tap "Delete my account & wipe data".
  5. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data are scheduled for permanent removal immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@everdiary.app from the email address associated with your EverDiary account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, all of the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers:
